GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

✦ We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission without reason.✦ Should any inappropriate behavior or breach of TOS occurs, we may cancel the commission.✦ By commissioning us, the client has read, understand and agree to our terms of service.

PROCESS

✦ Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.✦ The platform for communication must be established in advance.✦ The client may check on Trello (third icon from the right, under "Pezzy Rot") for commission progress.✦ Up to 4 major revisions can be requested during the sketching process. Further revisions may be charged additionally based on their complexity (or free, if they are minor revisions).✦ The artist will send the client screenshots of the artwork as the artist completes each stage of the drawing, and will allow time for the client to respond with revision requests.✦ As the artwork progresses, the client may not request changes to a previously agreed upon step.✦ Final product will be sent through email.

PRICES/PAYMENT

✦ Payment is due before starting the commission.✦ After analyzing your inquiry I’ll contact you with the estimated price of the artwork. The given price includes the PayPal fee.✦ Payment must be through invoicing on Paypal in USD, and addressed to @Rilaxy.✦ Depending on the size and complexity of the work, prices may change.✦ If there is a tight deadline (under two weeks), we may apply an additional rush fee.✦ By paying the invoice sent to you, you agree to give up attempts of chargeback.✦ Tips are not expected, but always appreciated!

REFUND

✦ A full refund can be provided before the sketching stage.✦ If the client wishes for a refund after beginning the work, a percentage of the refund may be provided at the artist’s discretion based on how much work is done.

RIGHTS

✦ All private commissions are intended for private use only and are not to be reproduced, edited or used for any commercial purposes, including advertising and sales.✦ All commissions will have our watermarks.✦ We retain all rights to the artwork.✦ We do not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character(s).✦ The client may post the artwork on social media with visible credits to us.✦ The client may not alter or edit the piece of artwork itself.✦ The client may not claim to be the artist of the commissioned piece.✦ The commissioned may not be used for NFT or anything related to NFT.
